As the Operations Manager & Sr. Account Manager, Jenny is more than a team member; she is our lifeline. She oversees JTSB operations, client accounts & internal systems with unmatched organization & dedication. A former rock climbing guide turned business powerhouse, Jenny brings the same fearless spirit to both her work & her life as a proud parent of twins. Her passion, reliability & positive energy make her an irreplaceable part of the JTSB fam—a vital part of both our team & our clients’ success. 

 Brian, our Analytics Specialist & Jr. Account Manager, brings precision, clarity & a strong team-focused mindset to his role at JTSB.
